Bob's Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Brown chuck.
  2. Add onions and green pepper and saute until onions are clear.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Simmer 4-5 hours.
  5. If sauce becomes bitter,
  6. add 4 tbs.
  7. BROWN sugar (less if desired).
  8. Freezes well.
  9. I've found lately that some of the cans/jars are not the same sizes as this recipe.
  10. It makes absolutely no difference.
  11. Use whatever is closest to the sizes called for.

ground chuck, green peppers, onions, tomato paste, tomato sauce, tomato juice, ketchup, italian seasoning, garlic, brown sugar
