Oriental Ramen Salad
- 3 packages ramen noodles, prepared according to directions and drained
- 1 cabbage, shredded
- 8 scallions, chopped
- 14 cup apple juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 12 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 dash pepper
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Chill for a minimum of 2 hours.
