Creme Brulee French Toast
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp Corn syrup
- 6 slice bread of your choice, cut 1 inch thick
- 5 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cup Half n half cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Grand Marnier
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Melt butter in a saucepan over med.
- heat.
- Mix in brown sugar and corn syrup.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
- Remove crust from bread.
- Arrange in the baking dish in a single layer.

- bowl whisk eggs, half n half, vanilla, Grand Marnier, and salt.
- Pour over bread.
- Cover and chill overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Remove the dish from the fridge and bring to room temp.
- Bake uncovered 35 to 49 mins.
- until puffed and lightly browned.
