Creamy Citrus Parfait

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in juice.
  4. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Break gelatin into small flakes with fork.
  7. Spoon oranges into 4 dessert dishes; top with gelatin and COOL WHIP.
