Smoked Salmon & Cucumber Topper

• 1/4 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
• 2 Tbsp. finely chopped smoked salmon
• 1 Tbsp. finely chopped radishes
• 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh chives
• 1/2 tsp. each lemon zest and juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 4 Stoned Wheat Thins Crackers Baked with Whole Grain
• 12 thin cucumber slices

1. Mix all ingredients except crackers and cucumbers.
2. Top crackers with cucumbers and cream cheese product mixture.
