- 3 1/2 lb skinless and boneless chicken breast
- 3 cup sr flour
- 2 quart orange juice from concentrate
- 1 tsp orange extract
- 1 zest of one orange
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup orange juice from concentrate
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp lite soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Shaoxing wine
- 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground white pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- cut the chicken into bite sized pieces mix all the marinade ingredients into one container put chicken into ziploc bag pour marinade on top zip bag closed mix all over covering all the chicken
- leave in bag with marinade for at least one hour add chicken to flour
- shake off excess flour deep fry set to paper towel to soak excess oil
- for the sauce add to a wok or pot the 2 quarts of oj add soy sauce salt sugar zest add cornstarch and quarter cup of oj mix add to boiling 2 quarts of oj it will thicken add orange extract boil 3 minutes stirring occasionally add chicken serve and enjoy
