Carrot and Hanpen Sliced Pork Wraps
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/4 piece Hanpen
- 4 slice Thinly sliced pork for shabu-shabu
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 dash Plain flour
- Chop the carrot and hanpen into 5 cm cubes.
- Boil the carrot in salted water, and let cool.
- Spread out the pork slices, and dust with flour.
- Place the carrot and hanpen alternately, and wrap together.
- Fr in a frying pan until browned, and add all the seasonings to make them sweet and salty.
- Cut in half and serve.
- They will look pretty.
