Apricot Sour

  1. Put the brandy, vermouth, lemon juice, egg and bitters in a cocktail shaker and shake well for 10 seconds.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with the apricot slice and cherry, skewered on a pick together.
