Creamy Cheesy (but Cheeseless) Salad Dressing

• 23 cup medium firm tofu
• 13 cup water
• 3 teaspoons lemon juice
• 3 -4 teaspoons tahini
• 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 cloves garlic, peeled
• cracked pepper, to taste
• 14 teaspoon soy sauce, or braggs liquid aminos

1. Put all ingredients in blender and frappe.
2. Let chill in referigerator and serve.
