Salsa Recipe
- 2 fine diced tomatoes
- 1 fine diced green pepper
- 1 fine diced onion
- 1 tbsp. fine diced Jalapenos (use canned - not as warm)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. cilantro, minced
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar
- Tabasco to desired taste
- 50-50 tomato juice, tomato sauce to desired thickness and quantity
- Put everything in a bowl.
- Adjust seasoning and hotness.
- You could put diced avocados if desired.
- Tomato juice and sauce is for the sauce.
- You be the judge for what you like.
- Its great on chips, tacos, burritos and seafood.
