Cowboy Jaffles
- 4 slices whole meal bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 (130 g) can baked beans, drained
- 30 g shaved ham
- Preheat a jaffle or sandwich maker.
- Lightly spread bread slices with butter.
- Place 2 slices of bread, buttered-side down, in the jaffle maker.
- Top with cheddar.
- Spoon baked beans over the cheese and top with ham.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
- Cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Set aside to cool slightly.
- Cut in half to serve.
