Cowboy Jaffles

  1. Preheat a jaffle or sandwich maker.
  2. Lightly spread bread slices with butter.
  3. Place 2 slices of bread, buttered-side down, in the jaffle maker.
  4. Top with cheddar.
  5. Spoon baked beans over the cheese and top with ham.
  6. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
  7. Cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Set aside to cool slightly.
  9. Cut in half to serve.
