Tomato Basil Pasta

  1. Mince the garlic and add with the olive oil to a large, deep pan.
  2. Saute on medium heat just until cooked but not browned.
  3. Add in the tomatoes (you can use fresh if you like; use 6 tomatoes and remove seeds).
  4. Let it simmer while you cook your pasta.
  5. As soon as the pasta is al dente, drain and add to the sauce.
  6. Turn off the heat.
  7. Add the broth and toss ingredients together.
  8. After you have tossed them thoroughly, tear the basil and add in right before you sprinkle the cheese all over.
  9. Do not stir after you add the cheese!
  10. Serve with crusty Italian bread.
