Country Salisbury Steak

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix meat, stuffing mix, 1-1/4 cups of the water and the onions until well blended.
  3. Shape into six 1/2-inch-thick oval patties.
  4. Place on 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake 25 min.
  6. or until cooked through (160F).
  7. Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  8. Add mushrooms; cook on medium-high heat 5 min.
  9. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  10. Add barbecue sauce and remaining 1/4 cup water.
  11. Reduce heat to low.
  12. Cook 1 to 2 min.
  13. or until sauce is heated through.
  14. Serve over the patties.
