Milk Pudding with Agar

  1. Mix the agar and sugar well.
  2. If you skip this step, the agar will not dissolve.
  3. Combine Step 1 with the milk and condensed milk in a pot and lightly bring to a boil.
  4. Strain with a fine mesh strainer and pour into a bowl.
  5. It will set at 140F/60C.
