Milk Pudding with Agar
- 500 ml Milk
- 10 grams Agar
- 30 grams Sugar
- 2 tbsp Condensed milk
- Mix the agar and sugar well.
- If you skip this step, the agar will not dissolve.
- Combine Step 1 with the milk and condensed milk in a pot and lightly bring to a boil.
- Strain with a fine mesh strainer and pour into a bowl.
- It will set at 140F/60C.
