Tuna Franks Recipe
- 1 (7 ounce.) can tuna
- 3 hard cooked Large eggs, diced
- 1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon sweet pickle, minced
- 2 teaspoon green pepper, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. minced stuffed olives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Frankfurter rolls
- Combine all ingredients except rolls.
- Split rolls and fill with tuna mix; wrap each in foil.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
- Serve in foil.
