BBQ Bangkok Chicken
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 14 ounces light coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce (nam plah)
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 13 cup cilantro, chopped with stems
- 2 12 teaspoons Splenda brown sugar blend
- 12 teaspoon white pepper
- Mix all ingredients.
- Marinate chicken overnight, or at least 3 hours.
- Grill.
