5-Minute Coconut Milk Panna Cotta

  1. Put water in a bowl and reconstitute the gelatin sheets (place ice cubes into water if the room temperature is high).
  2. Combine the "A" ingredients in a saucepan and heat.
  3. Add the gelatin and dissolve (it should dissolve quickly).
  4. Turn off the heat, add the rum and strain.
  5. Pour into a container and chill it until it's set and it's done.
