Reuben Foldovers

  1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms.
  3. Beat vigorously at least 20 strokes.
  4. Gently smooth dough into a ball on a floured board; knead 5 times.
  5. Roll dough into a rectangle at least 12 x 18 inches.
  6. Cut into 6 squares.
  7. Layer corned beef over the triangle half of each square.
  8. Mix sauerkraut, dressing and cheese; spoon over corned beef.
  9. Fold dough over sauerkraut mixture, forming a triangle.
  10. Press edges with a floured fork to seal.
  11. Brush tops with butter or margarine. Sprinkle with caraway seed or poppy seed, if desired.
  12. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
