Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
- 1 lb stew meat
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Healthy Request cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms
- 14 cup red wine
- 14 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- Place uncooked meat, mushrooms, onions and black pepper in slow cooker.
- Pour the soups and the wine over the top and mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Cut cream cheese into cubes and stir into the hot mixture in the slow cooker.
- Stir in cream cheese.
- Cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
