Spam With Cucumber Burger

• 1 tbsp hollandaise sauce
• 1 can bbq flavour spam or any spam
• 4 wholemeal bun
• 1 cucumber
• 1 bunch dil and orange zest

1. Slice spam into square shape
2. bake luncheon meat at 200 c for 20 minute on each side
3. Thinly slice cucumbers into ribbon
4. serve luncheon meat and cucumber ribbon the top sauce
