Garlic & Lemon Chicken

  1. Mix flour and seasoning in dish, save 1 tablespoon of mixture for later.
  2. Clean chicken and make sure it's moisten, coat evenly with mixture.
  3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken 3-4min.
  5. per side or until golden brown.
  6. (add more oil if needed) Remove chicken from skillet.
  7. Mix broth, lemon juice and flour mixture in a bowl and blend, add to skillet.
  8. Bring to a boil, stir frequently about 7-10min.
  9. Until thickened
  10. Return chicken to skillet; cook until heated through.
  11. Sprinkle parsley.
