Garlic & Lemon Chicken
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp Garlic & Herb seasoning
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Parsley (fresh)
- Mix flour and seasoning in dish, save 1 tablespoon of mixture for later.
- Clean chicken and make sure it's moisten, coat evenly with mixture.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken 3-4min.
- per side or until golden brown.
- (add more oil if needed) Remove chicken from skillet.
- Mix broth, lemon juice and flour mixture in a bowl and blend, add to skillet.
- Bring to a boil, stir frequently about 7-10min.
- Until thickened
- Return chicken to skillet; cook until heated through.
- Sprinkle parsley.
