Buttery Garlic Tilapia
- 2 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp margarine or butter
- 1 dash paprika
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 4 fillets of Tilapia
- Preheat oven to 350
- Finely mince garlic cloves
- In a small saucepan, combine butter/margarine, salt, paprika, garlic and pepper and cook on stovetop until butter is melted
- Line medium pan with foil
- Brush a portion of the buttery garlic mix on bottom of tray, just until fully covered
- Brush remaining buttery mix atop the tilapia
- If tilapia is thawed, cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes, just until tilapia is flaky.
- If tilapia is frozen, bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
