Buttery Garlic Tilapia

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Finely mince garlic cloves
  3. In a small saucepan, combine butter/margarine, salt, paprika, garlic and pepper and cook on stovetop until butter is melted
  4. Line medium pan with foil
  5. Brush a portion of the buttery garlic mix on bottom of tray, just until fully covered
  6. Brush remaining buttery mix atop the tilapia
  7. If tilapia is thawed, cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes, just until tilapia is flaky.
  8. If tilapia is frozen, bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
