All-in-One Pork Chop Bake

• 4 bone-in pork chops (1-1/2 lb.) Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
• 1 lb. baking potatoes (about 2), cut into thin wedges Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
• 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Coat chops with coating mix as directed on package; place in foil-lined 13x9-inch pan.
3. Toss potatoes with dressing in bowl; add to pan with chops.
4. Bake 30 min.
5. or until chops are done (145 degrees F).
6. Top each chop with 2 Tbsp.
7. barbecue sauce and 1/4 cup cheese.
8. Bake 5 min.
9. or until cheese is melted.
