Blackberry Cream

  1. Chill two small (juice) glasses.
  2. Place ice in a drink shaker.
  3. Pour in liquors and shake 30 seconds.
  4. strain into 2 chilled glasses.
  5. Carefully pour half-and-half over the back of a spoon to float on top.
  6. Enjoy.
