Crock Pot Pork & Pears

  1. Melt butter in a saute pan over medium heat until it melts.
  2. Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Add pork to the saute pan and cook on each side until browned.
  4. Pour apple juice and applesauce into the crock pot.
  5. Place sliced onion over applesauce.
  6. Add pork chops on top of onions.
  7. Add sliced pears on top of the pork chops.
  8. Cook on high for 3 hours.
  9. Enjoy with some of my Mango Salsa (see my recipe box) on top!
