Avy's Mango Cream Cheese Pie

  1. Crust: Mix flour and sugar.
  2. Cut in butter.
  3. Press into 9x13-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Cool.
  6. Filling: Mix cheese and sugar.
  7. Add vanilla and mix until smooth.
  8. Fold Cool Whip into cheese mixture.
  9. Spread over cooled crust and chill.
  10. Top Layer: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water.
  11. Add boiling water, sugar and lemon juice.
  12. Mix well until gelatin cools.
  13. Add mango.
  14. Chill until slightly firm (approx 45 minutes in the refrigerator).
  15. Pour and spread evenly over cream cheese layer.
  16. Chill at least 2 hours, best overnight.
