Sausage-Sweet Potato Hash
- 1 lb. sweet potatoes (about 2), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 6-1/2 oz. (1/2 of 13-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Smoked Turkey Sausage, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into slices
- 1 red apple, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 4 sheets (12x18 inches each) Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing; stir to evenly coat all ingredients.
- Spoon 1/4 of the potato mixture onto center of 1 sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil; spread to form single layer.
- Bring up foil sides.
- Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
- Repeat to make 3 more packets.
- Place in single layer on baking sheet.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until potatoes are tender.
- Open each packet carefully, allowing steam to escape, by cutting along top fold with sharp knife.
- Sprinkle hash with onions.
