Thinly Sliced Pork Belly Sauce Cutlets
- 5 pieces Folded Tonkatsu (pork cutlet)
- 1 Or tonkatsu
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 3 tsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Mirin
- Make the tonkatsu.
- Put the ingredients into a frying pan and turn on the heat.
- When it boils, add the tonkatsu and coat both sides with the sauce.
- When coated, turn off the heat and enjoy.
- If you put this on top of a bowl of warm rice, you can make "Sauced Tonkatsu Rice Bowl"~
- It's got a strong flavor, so pack in your bento, too!
