Thinly Sliced Pork Belly Sauce Cutlets

  1. Make the tonkatsu.
  2. Put the ingredients into a frying pan and turn on the heat.
  3. When it boils, add the tonkatsu and coat both sides with the sauce.
  4. When coated, turn off the heat and enjoy.
  5. If you put this on top of a bowl of warm rice, you can make "Sauced Tonkatsu Rice Bowl"~
  6. It's got a strong flavor, so pack in your bento, too!
