Texas brisket

  1. Place meat in container let rest in soy sauce and beef stock over night
  2. Mix all seasoning together and blanket brisket (you can't over season so the more the better )
  3. Get smoker to about 250 (leave uncovered let meat grab smoke) remember to not put meat close to heat source
  4. After 4 hours cover brisket with foil and let cook for 6 more hours
  5. At about 10 hours remove brisket from smoker and let rest for 45 mins
  6. Slice or chop
