Grilled Buffalo Chicken Pizza
- 1 cup Part-skim Ricotta Cheese
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Hidden Valley Ranch Powder Mix
- 4 Tablespoons Wing Sauce
- 1 whole Chicken Breast, Marinated In Wing Sauce, Grilled
- 8 ounces, weight Pizza Dough
- 1 ounce, fluid Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Celery Seeds
- In a small bowl, mix ricotta, ranch mix and wing sauce together for the buffalo sauce.
- Slice chicken into bite size pieces and set aside.
- Light grill and heat to medium-high heat.
- Roll out dough and brush top with oil, then salt and pepper it.
- Place the dough on the grill, oiled side down, and grill until the bottom has grill marks and is golden brown.
- Brush the top with oil before flipping over.
- Flip and grill for about 30 seconds.
- Transfer dough to an old baking sheet and top with sauce.
- Add chicken and celery seeds.
- Place the pan on the grill and close the cover.
- Cook for a few more minutes until sauce and chicken are warmed through.
- Take off grill.
- Place pizza on a cutting board and slice.
- Serve.
