Banana Nut Muffins Recipe
- 2 c. Organic whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp LIMA sea salt
- 2 c. EDENsoy Or possibly- any EDEN food beverage
- 2 Tbsp. EDEN Brown Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. EDEN Safflower Oil
- 1/4 c. EDEN Barley Malt or possibly honey
- 2 tsp Vanilla (if not using Vanilla flavor)
- 2 x Bananas, mashed
- 1/2 c. Walnut pcs (amount may be doubled)
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- Sift dry ingredients into large bowl.
- In separate bowl, combine liquids, add in to dry ingredients and stir.
- Mix in bananas, walnuts and raisins.
- Spoon into oiled muffin tin.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 20 min.

- Cooking Time: 20 min
- Yield: 12 muffins
