Spicy Crockpot Brisket Tacos

  1. Combine water, taco seasoning and Rotel in a large crockpot.
  2. Add brisket.
  3. Put the lid on and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  4. Shred the meat using two forks and serve on warm tortillas.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
