Spicy Crockpot Brisket Tacos
- 23 cups Water
- 1- 1/4 ounce, weight Taco Seasoning
- 20 ounces, weight Rotel Diced Green Chilies And Tomatoes
- 3 pounds Brisket, Fat Trimmed Off
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 8 whole Flour Tortillas, Taco Size
- Combine water, taco seasoning and Rotel in a large crockpot.
- Add brisket.
- Put the lid on and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Shred the meat using two forks and serve on warm tortillas.
- Top with shredded cheese.
