Steve's Cheeseburgers

• 2 lbs ground sirloin
• 6 slices American cheese
• 1 dash salt
• 1 dash pepper
• 6 hamburger buns

2. Divide ground sirloin into 1/3# patties.

4. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. 3.
6. Grill on BBQ grill until cooked.

8. Top with cheese and continue cooking until cheese melts.
9. 5.
10. Serve on hamburger bun.
