Tortelloni Wreath with Pesto Dip

  1. Add both packages of pasta to 1 gal.
  2. boiling water in large saucepan; cook 6 min., stirring frequently.
  3. Drain; rinse with cold water.
  4. Drain again.
  5. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese spread, pesto and lemon juice until well blended.
  6. Spoon into small serving bowl; place in center of large platter.
  7. Arrange pasta around bowl to resemble a wreath.
  8. Garnish with green and red pepper strips and black olives, if desired.
