Low-Fat Frosted Brownie Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream together sugar and eggs, then sift in flour and cocoa.
  3. Put into cupcake cases (only half fill to leave room for frosting), then bake for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Whisk icing sugar into margarine (at first it won't look like enough margarine, but it will combine), and frost the cakes when cool.
  5. Enjoy!
