All about the Sea
- 2 tablespoons lobster base
- 8 (5-ounce) lobster tails
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp
- 2 pounds mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 1/2 pound chopped clams
- 3 pounds whitefish, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Salt
- White pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 pound cooked linguine
- Alfalfa sprouts, for garnish
- Bring 2 quarts water to boil, add lobster base.
- Add lobster tails and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add olive oil to a large skillet.
- Saute the shrimp, mussels, clams, and whitefish, covered, for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Season with salt, white pepper, and garlic.
- Place Sauteed seafood on bed of linguine.
- Set two lobster tails on side and garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
