  1. Bring 2 quarts water to boil, add lobster base.
  2. Add lobster tails and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add olive oil to a large skillet.
  4. Saute the shrimp, mussels, clams, and whitefish, covered, for 7 to 10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt, white pepper, and garlic.
  6. Place Sauteed seafood on bed of linguine.
  7. Set two lobster tails on side and garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
