Pork Chops and Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Place sliced potatoes in a 13X9 baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle potatoes with season salt.
  4. Layer pork chops on top of potatoes.
  5. Pour soy sauce over pork chops and then sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hour or until pork chops are cooked and potatoes are tender.
