Easy Multi-Grain Chocolate Hazelnut Bites

  1. Mix wheat and oat brans with the graham cracker crumbs and hazelnuts.
  2. Beat egg and condensed milk; incorporate into dry ingredients.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Press into a lined 8-inch square or round pan.
  5. Bake for at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  6. Remove from pan immediately and remove paper.
  7. Cool and cut into bars or squares.
