Chicken Or Turkey Chop Suey Recipe

  1. Drain bean sprouts, reserving liquid.
  2. Cook onion in butter till tender, but not brown.
  3. Add in chicken, celery, water chestnuts, broth and bean sprouts liquid; heat to boiling.
  4. Combine cornstarch, seasonings, water and soy sauce; stir into chicken mix.
  5. Cook, stirring constantly till thick.
  6. Add in bean sprouts and just heat through.
  7. Serve with warm rice and almonds, chow mein noodles and soy sauce.
