Kayla's meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef or 1/2 pound ground beef 1/2 pound sausage of you prefer
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cup milk
- 2 pieces of bread
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2/3 tbsp sage
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup give or take Panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven 400F
- Plop meat in large mixing bowl dump in 1/4 cup of your milk,1 of your eggs, onion soup mix, garlic sage salt and pepper
- Mix them all together like you would meat loaf
- In a separate bowl dump in the left over 1/4 cup milk and mix in your last egg
- In another separate bowl mix your bread crumbs with parmesan
- Place foil or no stick spray on cookie sheet..
- Roll meat ball mixture into a ball..then roll into egg and milk mix and lastly into Panko parmesan mix
- Space them about an inch apart and bake for ten minutes
- Flip them all over and bake for about 5 more or until meat thermometer reads correct temperature
