Asian Stir-Fry

  1. Heat vegetable oil spread in large nonstick skillet.
  2. Add chicken; stir-fry 4 to 5 min.
  3. or until no longer pink.
  4. Add vegetables; stir-fry 2 min.
  5. Stir in hoisin sauce and soy sauce; bring to boil.
  6. Add nuts; cook until chicken is done and mixture is heated through, stirring frequently.
  7. Serve over rice.
