Asian Stir-Fry
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil spread
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 3 cups cut-up mixed fresh vegetables (broccoli, red peppers and snow peas) Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3/4 cup BACK TO NATURE California Almonds Sea Salt Roasted
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- Heat vegetable oil spread in large nonstick skillet.
- Add chicken; stir-fry 4 to 5 min.
- or until no longer pink.
- Add vegetables; stir-fry 2 min.
- Stir in hoisin sauce and soy sauce; bring to boil.
- Add nuts; cook until chicken is done and mixture is heated through, stirring frequently.
- Serve over rice.
