Lemon Ginger Tea

  1. In a saucepan bring water to a boil.
  2. Add lemon juice, the squeezed lemon, and ginger.
  3. Let steep about 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in honey.
  5. Line a strainer with a thin wet cloth and strain tea into a pitcher.
  6. Chill thoroughly and serve on ice with thin slices of lemon and lime.
