Apple Crisp (For One Or Doubled For Two!) Recipe
- 1 x apple, peeled and sliced
- 1 Tbsp. rolled oats (oatmeal)
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 dsh cinnamon
- Place apple in 10 oz microwave safe custard c. or possibly soup bowl.
- Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter.
- Mix till crumbly.
- Spoon over apples, sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Microwave on High uncovered 2 to 3 min or possibly till apple is tender.
- You may substitute a pear, peach or possibly 2 plums.
- Double ingredients: use two c.. Microwave 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 min.
- (Make up the dry mix, keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks using as a quick dessert!)
