Mirch Ka Pakora

  1. mix the potato with tamarnid pulp and salt.and stuff green chillies with potato mixture.
  2. Combine gramflour, chilli powder, carom seeds,garlic powder,salt and water (as required) in a bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a wok.
  5. Dip green chillies into the above prepared batter.
  6. Deep fry in hot oil.
  7. Drain on clean kitchen paper napkins/towels.
