Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Combine baking mix, cocoa and nutmeg in med bowl.
  3. Add yogurt, honey and oil; stir until a soft dough forms.
  4. Drop by lg spoonfuls onto lightly sprayed baking sheet, 1 inch apart, forming 6 shortcakes.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until a pick comes out clean.
  6. Cool on wire rack.
  7. Mix berries and sugar.
  8. Slice each shortcake in half; divide berries among bottom halves.
  9. Put on the tops.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar.
