Herbed Goat Cheese Spread
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
- 8 ounces fresh goat cheese, at room temperature
- 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup Creme Fraiche or sour cream
- In a medium bowl.
- mix all of the ingredients until well combined.
- Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- The spread will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
