Cheese-Stuffed Rigatoni Chips

  1. Blend cheeses, olive oil, herbs and garlic.
  2. cover and refrigerate.
  3. Par-boil pasta for 1/2 of recommended cooking time on package and drain.
  4. Fry pasta until golden and crispy and drain.
  5. Fill pastry bag with cheese mixture and pipe into noodles.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt on "chips" to taste.
