Afghans With Chocolate Icing Recipe

  1. Afghans: Soften butter, add in sugar and beat to a cream; add in flour, cocoa and lastly corn flakes.
  2. Put spoonfulls on a greased oven tray and bake about 15 min at 180 degrees C (350 F).
  3. When cool, ice with chocolate icing and put walnuts on top.
  4. Chocolate Icing: Hot butter, dissolve chocolate in water; add in to butter, then stir in sifted icing sugar.
  5. Flavour with vanilla.
