Tex-Mex Cheese Bread
- 2-1/4 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.
- Whisk egg, salsa and butter in separate bowl until blended.
- Add to flour mixture along with cheese; stir just until moistened.
- Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 45 min or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
- Cool bread in pan 15 min.
- Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
