Gluten Free Apple Crisp Ver 2

  1. Peel, core, and thinly slice apples.
  2. Grease baking dish lightly with some of the tablespoonful of margarine, and place apples inside.
  3. Dot with additional margarine.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Cut in the margarine to make coarse crumbs.
  7. Spread evenly over apples.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 30 minutes until apples are soft and crumbs are browned and starting to caramelize.
